Account Setup
Create an Assurlytics account, choose a plan that fits your needs, and get ready to use the tools.
Documentation draft — not a verified product specification. Exact sign-in methods, email verification, password recovery, invitation acceptance and session behaviour still require verification. Do not invent authentication providers or required steps.
Overview
Use this guide to create your account and get ready to use Assurlytics. Its purpose is to give you access to the Assurlytics workspace and your plan's enabled tools.
Who should use this feature
New Assurlytics users who need an account before using the tools.
Prerequisites
Access to the Assurlytics application. Your organisation may already manage accounts centrally; check with your administrator first if you use Assurlytics at work.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the official Assurlytics website at https://assurlytics.com, or open the Assurlytics application from the Go to App button in this documentation header.
- Select the current Sign Up or Sign In entry point.
- Complete the on-screen authentication flow.
- Review the workspace navigation and account/plan information.
- Open the relevant tool from the sidebar — for example, Code Lookup.
Example workflow
After account setup, open Code Lookup and try the non-PHI example in Code Lookup to confirm you can search and view code details.
Understanding results
You should be able to sign in and open the documented tools. If a tool is not available in your account, it may be a planned feature or a plan difference — check Plans and Usage.
Limitations
- This page does not document a specific sign-in provider, email-verification step, password-recovery flow or invitation flow, because those details are not verified in the source document.
- Settings such as password changes, sign-out, session management and account deletion are documented only after verifying real controls and support procedures. See Data and Privacy.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot sign in: check your credentials and your organisation's sign-in method, then contact support via Contact Support.
- A tool is missing: check whether it is listed as planned on the Roadmap page, and check your plan in Plans and Usage.
