Data Sources
Data sources for Assurlytics documentation: code information is shown in the application, and sources are confirmed there.
Documentation draft — not a verified product specification. Links below are official references, not proof that Assurlytics currently integrates them. Verify the specific applicable material before relying on it.
Overview
Code information in Assurlytics is shown in the application, including official descriptions, coding guidance, and related codes where available.
What is confirmed here
- The verified Code Lookup examples are ICD-10-CM E11.9 — Type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications, and ICD-10-PCS 0FT44ZZ as an example code.
- Code years, versions, and source editions are those shown in the application. This page does not state a specific edition that has not been verified.
- For HCPCS Level II, G0008 carries a validation note — see HCPCS Level II. Its current description must be validated before it is treated as a live example.
