Introduction
Start using Assurlytics documentation to research codes, review claims, investigate denials, and access payer guidance.
Documentation draft — not a verified product specification. This page is based on the Assurlytics complete product documentation (version 1.0-draft, 2026-10-31), which is itself an internal-review draft. Screen labels, fields, limits, permissions, sources, integrations and plan entitlements still require verification against the deployed application before this page is treated as final.
Overview
Welcome to Assurlytics documentation. Assurlytics is an AI-assisted research and decision-support workspace for U.S. medical coding, billing, payer research and denial investigation. It brings reference and review activities into one product so professionals can research coding questions, check structured claim details, understand denial reasons, review payer information and learn through AI explanations.
Assurlytics is designed to assist human professionals, not replace qualified coding, billing, compliance or clinical judgment. Users remain responsible for checking the applicable official code set, effective date, payer guidance, documentation and organisational policy before acting.
Who should use it
| Role | Typical use | Relevant modules |
|---|---|---|
| Medical coder | Research diagnoses and coding guidance | Code Lookup, AI Coach, Policy Q&A |
